How to Delete Temu Account

To delete Temu account, you have two options: utilizing the Temu app or accessing Temu.com. Follow the instructions below to successfully complete the process.

Using the Temu App:

Step 1: Sign in to your account and locate your user avatar at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Tap on your avatar and select “Settings.”

Step 3: Navigate to “Account Security” within the menu.

Step 4: Towards the bottom of the screen, tap on “Delete your Temu account.”

Step 5: Towards the bottom of the screen, tap on the checkbox “I want to permanently delete my Temu account and all its data.” and click on “Continue”

Step 6: Click on the “Delete” button of “Are you sure you want to delete our account?”.

Via Temu.com:

1. Log in to your account and locate your user avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on your avatar and choose “Account security.”
3. At the bottom of the page, click on “Delete your Temu account.”

Once you’ve initiated the request to permanently delete your account, please note that you will be logged out automatically, and your account will be deleted within 7 business days. If you change your mind and wish to retain your account, simply log in and cancel the deletion before the specified deadline.

What Happens When You Delete Temu Account?

When you delete Temu account, the following will happen:

• Your profile will be deleted.
• Your photos and videos will be deleted.
